"I love Zappos.com. I have purchased lots of times from them. Their free shipping both ways is so convenient and a great way to save money. I frequently will purchase multiple items, try on everything and return what I don't want. Since the return shipping is free, I am not losing money. They have saved me lots of hours walking through malls and frustration in fitting rooms.
They have a very large selection of products.
Many of their clothing products have actual short videos of a person wearing the item. I find the videos very helpful. It allows me to see how a fabric lays or drapes on someone's body. Beyond that, Zappos tells you what the sizes of the person are wearing the piece in the video. So, I can compare my size to the person in the video and get a pretty good idea of how the item will look on me.
I find the purchasing steps and the return steps very easy. They make shopping and returning a breeze.
The free overnight shipping is incredible. It is great not to have to wait for my purchases to arrive.
Their customer support is fantastic. I had a slow return (1 week to get my money back) on one item that I was concerned about. So, I emailed customer service and without any questions or grief, a very friendly customer service representative emailed me back with a confirmation of the refund. The representative was delightful in her email. I sent a thank you response and received and even more delightful response from another customer service representative.

The Old Navy on line store is set up very well and is simple to navigate around. You can search for the items that you want to order by using the categories that are off to the top of the page in a gray highlighted strip. Or you can use the search bar which is fully equipped with extra options. Say you want to look for a hooded shirt. Type in hooded shirt in the search bar and below that is the option to select women, men, children and so on. This makes the search process very easy.
Text and viewable pictures are great as well. They have good product descriptions, details about sizing and sizes that are available for the item that you are viewing. There are also very bold and clear photos of the products on each product page for easier shopping. It is always nice to see what you are buying and get details on it before you make the final chocie to purchase the item in question.
Ease of ordering, how to order and prices:
Ordering from the Old Navy on line store really could not be any easier. You just grab the items that you want. You select the color and size if it applies to the items you are buying. Then you just add these items to your cart. When you are ready to check out go to your cart, check and make sure your products are there and that the size you chose is right if that applies to the item. then check out and complete the following steps. You will be asked for your name, address for shipping, billing address if it is different from your shipping address, payment information and your choice of shipping method. That is all there is to it.

I also LOVE that gap recently added a petite line to their clothing. You used to be able to buy pants in different lengths, but now they have separate shirts, dresses, pants and other clothes made specifically for people under 5'4". (They also have a new section primarily for tall people, but that doesn't really matter when you're 5 feet tall like I am.)
The orders usually take three to five days to arrive but I have never had any problems like receiving the wrong items. There are often various codes available to apply to your orders, including free shipping and percentages off, you just have to look. If you have a gap card, too, you can get %10 off every first Tuesday of the month and free shipping on every single purchase over $50. My favorite aspect of shopping through gap.com is that often there are deals and sales that you can't get in store. They have products that are still full price at the store for considerably less.
